"Everything was very qualitative: the food, the kindness of the staff, the infrastructure, the rooms. We stayed there during a difficult situation in the Middle East and they were perfectly prepared to help and provide support."

"Some miscommunication regarding the opening hours of the restaurants during Ramadan / not very clear which restaurant is open for lunch but closed for dinner etc. Also very limited opening (e.g. buffet dinner finishes at 8pm which is very early, otherwise you need to go to an other restaurant). But we figured out everything after asking."

"So, had a few hours layover in Doha from midnight, I booked for shower, room service food, couple hours sleep and see a bit of the city before (...). It is a real cheap price for what u get, I promise. I recommend. And, I must say, the staff is friendly and efficient as u can get."

""We had a wonderful stay! The room 2904 was spotless, and the staff was incredibly welcoming specially Jay from the reception Bahaa, Murad and Tina. "We were absolutely thrilled with the unexpected room upgrade—it made our celebration truly special !A huge thank you for the thoughtful birthday cake; it was a wonderful touch. The staff of the entire hotel was friendly. Once again , thank you Jay & All staff in all departments. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Hanane Bihi & Aly Taman."

"Everything was fabulous 😍 food is delicious withmany options , pools are heated and safe for kids , kids club quiet but also have activities and the staff are very friendly , the kids day ending show was amazing , very clean , they help us to celebrate my daughter birthday and she like it Special thanks for Zenap from customer relations and omar from turquoise restaurant . The waterpark was amazing for both kids and adults. Thank u and will definitely visit again"
