Punto positivo:

Punto positivo:
"I liked that they helped me with updating my booking. I tried many times to contact booking.com to change my reservation of 10 jights to 9. You responded that I would receive a refund of one night's stay...but as of today Feb 5th, there has not been a credit to my credit card. Please advise when you will credit my account?"
Punto negativo:
"I didn't like that there are no direct phone numbers or email addresses to get a hold of Booking.com. very frustrating. My hotel manager was able to resolve my situation. As stated above I'm still waiting for a credit of one night from Booking.com."
