"Location - was very near to train station. The entrance to station is at the dorr step. A convenience store is just next door. Spaciousness - 6 adults were able to sit together at dining or hall area for chatting, watching TV and having takeaway dinner together. Owner was helpful. They were very responsive in attending to a faulty water heater tank. Repaired immediate the next day when fault was reported the night before. Owner was helpful when asking for recommendations such as location of luggae storage area."

Preference - have a shower area rather then a bath tub but there is a shower area at another toilet.

The room included 2 sets of dental kits with toothpaste and toothbrush, giving guests better dental care than other budget hotels with similar pricing. The buffet breakfast was amazing without crowds. This sustainable aparthotel can actually satisfy all the expectations from students who expect to live in an aparthotel."

The shower temperature control was unstable, as well as the tap sensor, you need to try your luck with them; going to North Point station was a rush, and the bed was a bit too narrow.
