"The cleaners were lovely people other staff were ok the security guards only two of them were a bit funny about having guests but to be fair it’s due to there policy of people having to sign in show there passport ect so they are just following procedure to be fair but they generally turn a blind eye not to annoy you and your guest so it’s fine. The standard of the new build apartments are very good considering the price you pay."

The local live TV channels did not work throughout my stay despite various attempts by reception and maintenance to fix it, i was told it was the weather ect ect but that’s not true as even when the weather is good it still doesn’t work. I was also told it’s DVTV company but again it’s not true as outside the apartments it works on other property’s, which means it was also not true when I was told it was the local area ect. But because I used my own Netflix account it did not bother me, IF I couldn’t use my Netflix it would have been a big issue for me. When I checked out the reception lady did not ask my how my stay was or nothing she literally ignored me and continued to chat to the maintenance guy who also ignored me, all the other reception staff were very nice throughout my stay even that particular lady but just not when I checked out, so only two small complaints no live tv and no acknowledgement when I checked out.
