"Lovely Hotel in an ancient building right in the heart of the City. Lovely staff, good facilities, quite a lot of steps and stairs to reach rooms but we felt very happy with everything. Breakfast excellent & fresh brewed coffee. Next door to a good fish & chips cafe."

Ancient building, very higgledy piggledy but spotlessly clean and all facilities clean and up to date. Excellent breakfast included with everything fresh. Was advised of an even older pub nearby and enjoyed my evening meal with a local beer there. All affordable and all spot on."

"Me gustó mucho todo. El personal siempre fue muy amable, guardaron mi equipaje antes del check in y cuando volví, las maletas ya estaban en mi habitación. Good range of channels on the TV. Plus you are only a 10 minute walk from the Minster and old town, and only 20 minutes walk from the train station."
"Nice location right by the high street close to pubs and restaurants great feature have the suite with a bath in the bedroom as well as have a walk in shower in the bathroom soak and watch tv on the big tv it’s basically a posh studio flat. Great choice of breakfast if you go for it."
