"I's a nice, relaxing place in a beautiful natural setting. A bit above Nioumachoua and with a very nice view over the hills and coast from the room balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they can inform you about possible activities as well. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, there was an (intact) mosquito net and air con. The breakfast was included and you can order dinner as well, which was delicious."

The door handles tend to fall out and should be repaired. Some ants in the room. Some waiting time for breakfast.

Distance between bed and the walls was tiny, you have to do some physical exercise to get in. Also, the toilet felt a bit fragile :)

"A személyzet, mind a recepción, mind az étteremben nagyon nagyon kedves, segítőkèsz, barátságos volt. A hotel csodálatosan szép helyen van, a kertben játszótér, teniszpálya, röplabdapálya is megtalálható. A szobák nagyon tiszták, elegánsak, jól felszereltek. Az ételek isteniek, bőségesek, változatosak. Minden fantasztikus volt."

the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well

The city itself was pretty boring, nothing to do and nothing really close by. Ofcourse this has nothing to do with the hotel

"An absolutely phenomenal experience that went far beyond a normal hotel stay. I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"Very clean, spacious rooms with huge bathroom. Massive shoutout to Raj (host) after my Google Maps download had failed (I didn't check), I then discovered Telstra has no coverage on Cook Islands (so no mobile data) and the hire car had some Asian countries maps, I was lost - after 10pm Raj came to rescue me from a servo and was a great host throughout. I had work meetings early each morning so didn't try the breakfast, but all looked good. The pool is amazing! Location was fine for me (close to everything) but as people can see, this one isn't on the beach."
