"Great location by the sea and near the harbour. Nice, old-fashioned interior decoration, mirroring the age of some of the buildings. Very friendly staff who let us keep our freezer packs in their freezer. We went kayaking for one night, could leave our car at their parking lot, and when we came back we could use their facilities to get a fresh water shower."

From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was so kind, friendly and attentive, which created a really warm and relaxing atmosphere. The views were absolutely beautiful and we could truly enjoy and admire them during our stay. It made the whole experience even more special. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. "Amazing location right on the beach, quiet surroundings yet not too far away from shops, restaurants and the city center. The house was spacious and clean with A.C., a fan and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge. Mr. Dagobert was very kind and welcoming, he also picked us up from the station. Thank you, it was a really nice stay!"

Keep in mind the accomodation is very basic and I think some renovations could be done, for instance our room didn’t have mosquito nets.

On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

"Just close your eyes and book a room or your slot here. The owner is a kind and humble person. He will treat you like a brother and friend. Amazing breakfast even though I had a flight in the morning and he gave me breakfast at 6 Am. He helped me to exchange money and bought a SIM for me. It's a little bit far from the centre but you can grab a taxi at low cost it's not the problem but you will be happy to stay here.. at the end he also helped me for the departure. I never feel that I'm out of my house"

Our booking description on the rooms & no of beds aren't the same, i have to contact the owner to get me another xtra beds. Also, 1 of the unit we gotten a rocking bed frame.

La casa estaba llena y tres baños son insuficientes para tanta gente. Y los huéspedes deberían respetar sitio, es un casa de huéspedes y no un bar y en la noche hicieron mucho ruido, pero Harpa lo pudo resolver

"Located in a quiet, idyllic location near the town center, it felt like a little retreat every time we returned home. It’s a spacious house which keeps cool due to the tiling and multiple doors you can open. We didn’t need air con in September. We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.

"Sur ce séjour qui était excellent, il est vrai que la connexion wi-fi est perfectible."

Tout était appréciable, au niveau de l’emplacement et pour l’espace d’ensemble. La piscine a un petit problème de fuite d’où un niveau de hauteur d’eau un peu bas. Ceci n’a que très peu altéré le plaisir de s’y être baigné.

"The room was very cozy and had everything I needed. Good internet. They changed towels, cleaned on request, and brought everything I needed. When I was left alone due to the events in the Middle East, they helped me with everything and provided moral support. I felt right at home in a dacha. The sea is nearby, and there's a diving club and snorkeling facilities. You'll be provided with all the necessary equipment."

"Perfect apartment just in front of the sea and at 50 meters to your swim. Quiet, clean, big, and very good host. Yes, a little bit away from the village, 1 kilometer?, but it is just a matter of a short walk. Defenetely we do recomend it. We wish we could have staid longer Many thanks 😊"
