"Es un remanso de paz. Tienen que mejorar un poco la calidad de la comida y el servicio del restaurante. El desayuno puede ser más variado y más temprano. Pero en general todo estuvo muy bien"

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

El problema de la ciudad es que no tiene transporte fluido, tampoco hay veredas y la mayoría de los accesos a playa son a través de escaleras. Si usaras silla de ruedas o coche para bebé sería un problema. El hotel podría ofrecer a sus huéspedes traslados con alguna empresa

"The family room was small, but had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the drink prices were reasonable. The best choice in the area. Evening village life is a separate show, unfortunately we couldn't find any entertainment nearby. And the wealthier residents instead gathered at our place of stay."

The first night we had trouble sleeping because at 3AM all the villagers started making noise (roosters, dogs, cats, turkeys, goats, sheep) but by the second and third we were already used to the village sounds.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

Distance between bed and the walls was tiny, you have to do some physical exercise to get in. Also, the toilet felt a bit fragile :)

"Hotel bien conectado con el transporte público, a 5 minutos caminando del bus y 7 minutos del subway, ubicado en medio de barrio indio y con mucha actividad en la noche entre restaurantes y prostibulos, a pesar de eso, nunca nos sentimos inseguros y fuimos a un bar muy cerca de ahí Si lo recomiendo si lo que buscas es ahorrar en Singapur ya que el hospedaje es muy caro"

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset.
