El IceHotel está situado en Jukkasjärvi, en el norte de Suecia, y ofrece habitaciones hechas completamente de hielo esculpido procedente del cercano río Torne. La zona de los alrededores es ideal para practicar actividades invernales al aire libre como trineo de perros, excursiones en trineo de renos o recorridos en moto de nieve. "We stayed in a cabin, and it was perfect. It had everything we needed—cutlery, a mini kitchen, and a toilet. There’s only cold water in the cabin, but we used the public kitchen to wash the dishes. Since it was slightly off-season, there were very few guests at the campsite, which made it nice and quiet. We chose this campsite because all reasonably priced hotels in Gothenburg were fully booked, and it was conveniently located on our way from Copenhagen."
