It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"Muy limpio. Habitación bonita. El baño nos gustó mucho. El desayuno muy rico, se sirve diario desde las 7:30am hasta 10:30 creo."

Ligeramente caliente la habitación, aunque no fue un gran problema. Una noche trajimos comida del exterior y queríamos comerla en el comedor del hotel. Alguien del personal llegó, casi se infartó y nos corrió de ahí. Al parecer sólo dejan consumir lo que se compra ahí mismo.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Al aire acondicionado creo que le faltaba mantenimiento porque hacía más ruido de lo normal y me hacía estornudar. El personal es muy amable, todos te hacen sentir como en casa. La ubicación está un poco a la orilla del centro, pero no hay mayor inconveniente para llegar."
