Que el día que llegamos olía mal el baño, y al no abrir las ventanas de las habitaciones, o tener buenos extractores , se tardó mucho en irse el mal olor

"En general la habitación está bien, es cómodo aunque había detalles de limpieza en el baño, se desprendía un olor extraño. Al aire acondicionado creo que le faltaba mantenimiento porque hacía más ruido de lo normal y me hacía estornudar. El personal es muy amable, todos te hacen sentir como en casa. La ubicación está un poco a la orilla del centro, pero no hay mayor inconveniente para llegar."

Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. "Me ofrecieron 3 camas y lo cumplieron, en un cuarto limpio y con un baño muy funcional. A pesar de que llegué tarde, resolvieron el tema sin que hubiera necesidad de una persona haciendo nuestro registro de entrada. La zona está bonita para caminar y hay un tranvía que sale a unos pasos."

La entrada del edificio se ve descuidada, la recámara tenía muy poco espacio para equipaje y como éramos 3 personas con 4 maletas, no nos sentíamos cómodos. Además, aunque tenía un soporte en la pared, no tenía TV en el cuarto.

Bathrooms deffinately need up dating, carpets in the corridors need taking out and tiles flooring put down there’s really nothing around such as shops, places to eat it is deffinately the last stop before the ferry terminal

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

El personal de limpieza muy grosero y altanero, abría la puerta de la habitación sin pedir permiso y hacía la limpieza hasta después de las 4 de la tarde

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."
